The Women's Ward charity Visit is a health outreach project that is being implemented by African Soul Initiative as part of its Health & Community Outreach Programme. The event is scheduled to happen on the 5th September 2026 to mark the International Day of Charity at the Women's Ward of Nassolo Health Center III.

The project will target women who are admitted to the maternity ward with the objective of offering them psychosocial support, maternal kits, food, hygiene products, and hospital supplies. The project will enable ASI to improve the wellbeing of mothers, promote better hygiene and nutritional practices among the patients, and improve the relationship between ASI and the health facility.

The project, which has an estimated budget of UGX 35,800,000, will raise funds through donations in three major categories, which include medical supplies, maternal support items, food and hygiene products. The project will result in improved patient comfort, improved service delivery support for health care providers, and improved partnerships between the health facility and the community.
