ASI Membership Terms and Conditions

By applying for and participating in membership with African Soul Initiative (ASI), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility:

Membership is open to individuals, corporate entities, and organizations that share ASI's mission and vision. Specific eligibility criteria for each membership type apply.

2. Membership Fees:

Each membership type has associated annual membership fees. These fees contribute to funding our programs and initiatives. Fees are subject to change and are determined by the ASI Board of Directors.

3. Application Process:

To apply for membership, individuals and entities must complete the online application form available on our Membership page. All applications will be reviewed by ASI's Membership Committee. Acceptance is subject to approval.

4. Membership Duration:

Membership is valid for one year from the date of acceptance. Renewal notices will be sent to members prior to the expiration date.

5. Membership Benefits:

Members are entitled to benefits specific to their membership type, including access to events, networking opportunities, and participation in ASI initiatives. Benefits may vary based on the membership level.

6. Upgrading Membership:

Members may choose to upgrade their membership type at any time. Upgrades will be subject to the applicable membership fee difference.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Membership Committee.

8. Privacy and Data Use:

ASI respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in the policy.

9. Code of Conduct:

All ASI members are expected to adhere to ethical behavior, respect for others, and professionalism. Any member found to violate these principles may face membership termination.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

ASI reserves the right to modify these Membership Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email to active members.

11. Termination of Membership:

ASI reserves the right to terminate any membership if a member violates the Membership Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the organization.

By applying for ASI membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Membership Terms and Conditions.
