MY EXPERIENCE WITH AFRICAN SOUL INITIATIVE (MAY-AUGUST 2024).

I joined this amazing organization on 13.May.2024. I had a desire to advance more in ICT. It has been a great journey, I learnt a lot and trust me I can probably apply all I learnt in any office or any work.

Our class lessons where always organized and interactive offering students with hand on hand experience with technology.

·        Learnt software application; I learnt how to use various software programs such as Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft publisher and Microsoft power point.

·        Learnt hardware tools; assembling fixing computer, cables, RAM, CD ROM among others, I also learnt different computer parts like hard drive, computer power supply, computer processor, computer fun, graphic card memories and USB cables among others.

·        Digital presentation; learnt how to create slides using power point program. Am now capable of presenting in seminars, workshops and conference. I can also create adverts and good graphic design in Ms. Publisher program.

·        Internet explorer and research skills; learnt how to research and elevate online sources: download, upload and mailing documents. Also learnt data entry process.

It was a great experience meeting various group of people and learning different skills, getting confidence, and career guidance. Am now capable of working in a proper office thus fulfilling my long term dreams though ICT.
