Congratulation for obtaining a bursary for the 2023 May Intake

I take this opportunity to congratulate all of our members who managed to succeed in the selection for the award of a bursary under our university bursary scholarship program. Thanks to you all and may our Lord the Almighty bless you and excel in your studies.

We all know it’s not easy to get into a university when you’re not financially well off. We initiated the university bursary program in 2021 to help various individuals in our organizational community who cannot afford higher education.

The Community

Our community is mainly comprised of the youth taking over 67%. As a nonprofit organization, most of the members of our community are hard-working individuals full of dreams. Those who still have the time to reverse our world and make it a better place to live in.

The Program

Education is a founding pillar for this organization, and we’ve dived deep into it and realized the serious need for education. A community of the educated must be vast. Therefore, we must clean up all the various stumbling blocks that may hinder the education of our kids.

“An education face can never fail an idea”

The university bursary scholarship program was started to help finance our members who would like to continue higher education. The program pays off tuition for the entire course of study at the university. So, a student can study entirely without any hindrances. This program sponsors both Arts & Sciences and levels of Certificate, Diploma, Degree, & Master's Degree.

I congratulate all the members once again who have been able to succeed in this program and a fruit of advice, “Study really heard”, and “What is in your head is what really matters”

The members

This program is still limited to members of this initiative only. We’ve received so many complaints about opening this program to the entire community at large however, it is still within the administration's thinking whether to open the opportunities to the entire community. As of now, my comment can only stretch up to here.

Education as a whole

There is a strong need for education in our community which is currently expensive. Educating a child at university requires you to have a vast income-generating activity or maybe have a well-paying job that is over 2 million and above. Considering our community, there may be a few who could achieve this by themselves. However, education is an important factor, we couldn’t neglect this issue and thus came up with this bursary program. We hope to finance even more as we continue to shape our community.

Success in Information Communication Technology – ICT

The world is growing digital and thus the need for ICT in our daily applications. ICT has become increasingly active in day-to-day life and as a result, we strongly encourage individuals to put more effort into learning the use of computers in their businesses. It’s on record that, today there’s no longer a supermarket that still operates manually without using a computer.

Computers are fast thus saving time, easing work, and making fewer mistakes which are human. We have initiated various programs in ICT to help train and equip the community with vast knowledge in ICT. From applications to hardware to software, all these programs have been put in place of which some are physically trained at the station, some in video, webinars, etc. All this effort is meant to help our community excel in computer use.

The Opportunity

The opportunity is available to any member who wishes to upgrade his/her studies in higher education. We’ll do our best to make sure we create a better life for everyone. We believe in education, with everyone enlightened, a better world starts like that.
